Employee Training conducted for Y2023

The Pag-IBIG Fund Human Resources Development Department was able to facilitate 74 webinar training programs, for the benefit of 2,590 participants from various Pag-IBIG Fund offices and operating units nationwide. The training programs which consisted of (a) Leadership Programs, (b) Core Competency Programs, (c) Functional Competency Programs, (d) Continuing Development Programs, (e) Customer Service Programs, and (f) Special Programs, were custom-fit to ensure that Pag-IBIG Fund employees adapt to the industry’s best practices and are well-equipped with the skills they need to provide service excellence to the members and stakeholders.
