As mandated by R.A. 9510 pr the Credit Information Systems Act (CISA), the Pag-IBIG Fund is required to submit its housing loan borrower's Basic Credit Data and other credit information to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).

CISA aims to address the need for a comprehensive, centralized and reliable credit information system, thereby establishing the creditworthiness of the borrower.

All data submitted to the CIC shall be covered by strict confidentiality and shall be used only for the declared purpose of the Act.

    You may then submit your application form and its complete set of requirements at any Pag-IBIG Housing Business Center or Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you. Click here to view our directory of housing business centers and branches.

  • STEP 3. RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE OF APPROVAL (NOA) and LETTER OF GUARANTY (LOG)

    You will receive your Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG) should we find your application complete and in order. You will be advised where to conveniently claim your NOA and LOG.

  • STEP 4. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN YOUR NOTICE APPROVAL

    Complete the requirements stated in your Notice of Approval (NOA) within ninety (90) calendar days. This include among others, the transfer of title and annotation of mortgage.

  • STEP 5. RECEIVE YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN PROCEEDS!

    Upon submission of your post-approval requirements, you will receive the proceeds of your loan within ten (10) working days. We will notify you on how your loan proceeds shall be released safely and conveniently

  • STEP 6. START PAYING YOUR Pag-IBIG HOUSING LOAN

    Start paying your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, exactly one (1) month after its release date. Remember to use your permanent Housing Loan Account No. 12Digit-HLAN when paying. For your convenience, you may pay your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or via our accredited collecting partners’ outlets or their online payment facilities.
