LIST OF TRAININGS CONDUCTED 2020

In 2020, the Pag-IBIG Fund Human Resources Development Department organized a total of 94 trainings with 4,438 participants. From January to the middle of March, seven face-to-face trainings were conducted, attended by 271 participants. When quarantine measures were implemented to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Pag-IBIG Fund resorted to online trainings and was able to conduct 87 webinar sessions, which benefited 4,167 participants from various Pag-IBIG offices and units nationwide.

Consistent with the Fund's policy to encourage development among the Board of Trustees, all the appointive Trustees, as well as members of the Senior Management Committee, attended the Advance Corporate Governance Program, which was held online via the Zoom platform on 11 November 2020.
