HOW TO JOIN
RAFFLE DRAWS AND PRIZES
CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION
LIST OF WINNERS

1. The Pag-IBIG Fund “Asenso Rider Raffle Promo” is open to all Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) Riders and Partner-Drivers of App-based Logistic Companies.

2. Promo Duration. The Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo is open from May 25 to November 30, 2023

3. To qualify for the raffle, the eligible delivery rider/partner-driver must comply with all of the following requirements:

a. Currently working* as a TNVS rider or partner-driver of app-based logistic company

b. Actively contributing Pag-IBIG Fund member classified as TNVS rider or partner-driver of app-based logistics company. For inactive members or members with no Membership Savings (MS) payment for the last 6 months, must pay at least P100.00 to qualify for the preliminary draws which will be held in July and October 2023. Non-members may register via Registration as New Member (pagibigfundservices.com) or by visiting the nearest Pag-IBIG Branch, and subsequently pay their Pag-IBIG Savings at any Pag-IBIG Fund Branch, authorized collecting partners or via Virtual Pag-IBIG by clicking Virtual Pag-IBIG (pagibigfundservices.com)

c. Join and register in the Pag-IBIG Fund Asenso Rider Raffle Promo

d. Pay the minimum savings/contribution requirements for each draw.

e. Must be an active Pag-IBIG Fund member at the time of each raffle draw, as follows:

1st Preliminary Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P100 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from May 25 to June 30, 2023.

2nd Preliminary Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P100 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from May 25 to September 30, 2023.

Grand Draw. Must have contributed/paid at least P400 in their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from June 01 to November 30, 2023.

4. Payments/Savings under the Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Savings are excluded from the raffle promo.

5. An eligible member must register and join the raffle promo to receive the corresponding ERNs for his/her payments for his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings during the raffle promo period.

6. All Members who shall qualify and register for Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo shall be issued a one (1) bonus ERN.

7. Qualified members shall be notified of their ERN via text message, which shall be sent to their mobile number they submitted via the raffle promo registration system. Members are encouraged to update their contact information with Pag-IBIG Fund so that they are properly notified of their ERN.

8. The ERN shall only be valid for the raffle draw that it was issued for. Should a member qualify for more than one draw, he/she shall be issued separate ERNs which correspond to a preliminary or grand draw.

9. All Pag-IBIG Fund employees, whether regular, direct-hired/agency-hired contractual, job order personnel, consultants, and members of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees, including their relatives up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.

1. Register as a Pag-IBIG Fund Member

• Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) Riders and Partner-Drivers of App-based Logistics Company must register as a Pag-IBIG Fund member and secure their unique and permanent Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number

• Non-members may click https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/PubReg/NewReg_Page.aspx to register online. They may also visit the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Branch to register.

2. Join and register in the Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo

• Registered Pag-IBIG Fund members who are Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) Riders and Partner-Drivers of App-based Logistic Company must join and register in the raffle promo by clicking www.pagibigfundservices.com/AsensoRider

• Those who shall join and register must enter the required details and submit a clear photo or scanned copy of ANY of the following:

1. Driver’s license and/or any government issued ID

2. Provisional Authority (PA) or Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) from the LTFRB; or

3. ID issued by his/her Transport Network Company (TNC) or App-based Logistic Company.

• An eligible member must register and join the raffle promo to receive the corresponding ERNs for his/her payments for his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings during the raffle promo period.

3. Pay the required Pag-IBIG Contributions/Savings to be able to join the 1st and 2nd Preliminary Draws

• Qualified members must pay at least Php100 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS) Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from May 25 to June 30, 2023 to qualify for the 1st Preliminary Draw and from May 25 to September 30, 2023 to qualify for the 2nd Preliminary Draw.

• A qualified member shall receive one (1) Electronic Raffle Number for every Php100 Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid during the promo period provided these were paid after he/she has successfully registered and joined the promo. These ERNs shall be valid for both the 1st and 2nd Preliminary Draws.

• Should a qualified member add to his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, he/she shall be entitled to an additional ERNs for every Php100 Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid during the promo period

4. Pay the required Pag-IBIG Contributions/Savings to be able to join the Grand Draw

• Qualified members must pay at least Php400 (FOUR HUNDRED PESOS) Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from June 01 to November 30, 2023 to qualify for the Grand Draw.

• A qualified member shall receive one (1) Electronic Raffle Number for every Php100 Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid during the promo period provided that he/she meets the minimum required amount of Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid and that he/she has successfully registered and joined the promo.

• Should a qualified member add to his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, he/she shall be entitled to an additional ERNs for every Php100 Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid during the promo period.

1. The Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo shall have the following prizes for two (2) Preliminary Draws and one (1) Grand Draw.

2. A qualified member can win only once during each draw. In the event a qualified member is drawn more than once during a specific draw, the higher prize will be awarded while the lower prize shall be redrawn.

3. PRELIMINARY DRAW QUALIFICATIONS.

• Must have contributed/paid the required Pag-IBIG Regular Savings within the raffle promo period (April 01 to November 30, 2023) for any month from April to September 2023

4. GRAND DRAW QUALIFICATIONS.

• Qualified members must pay at least Php400 (FOUR HUNDRED PESOS) Pag-IBIG Regular Savings from June 1 to November 30, 2023 to qualify for the Grand Draw.

• A qualified member shall receive one (1) Electronic Raffle Number for every Php100 Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid during the promo period, provided that he/she meets the minimum required amount of Pag-IBIG Regular Savings paid and that he/she has successfully registered and joined the promo.

• Must have contributed/paid the required Pag-IBIG Regular Savings within the raffle promo period (April 01 to November 30, 2023) for any month from June to November 2023

5. Winners will be determined via a manual raffle draw using tambiolos, to be witnessed by the Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group, and Commission on Audit (COA) representatives.

6. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to reschedule the raffle draws, if deemed necessary. Pag-IBIG Fund will notify the public of any such changes through its website and/or official Facebook page.

7. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to validate the qualifications of the drawn member if he/she satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics in any of the draws.

8. Every winning number will be confirmed and certified by duly authorized representatives from the Pag-IBIG Fund Member Services Cluster, the Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group, and Commission on Audit (COA).

9. All applicable taxes on the prizes shall be shouldered by Pag-IBIG Fund.

1. All winners shall be contacted and notified by Pag-IBIG Fund within ten(1o) working days from the date of the corresponding raffle draw via their email address, landline or mobile phone number/s on record with Pag-IBIG Fund. Please note that Pag-IBIG Fund and its representatives will not ask for any fees in exchange for this information.

2. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, photos, and other information of all winners as deemed appropriate and for transparency purposes. Hence, names of all winners shall be published in the Pag-IBIG Fund website and/or posted in Pag-IBIG Fund’s official Facebook page.

3. Prizes must be claimed within one (1) year from receipt of notification from Pag-IBIG Fund or publication by Pag-IBIG Fund in its website, its official Facebook page or a newspaper of general circulation. Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited.

4. Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the confirmed winner. All other prizes are non-transferable nor are convertible to cash.

5. Winners shall be informed of the designated Pag-IBIG Fund branch where they may claim their prize.

6. To claim, winners must present

• Two (2) valid identification cards with picture, one of which is the issued ID of their TNCs or App-based Logistic Company. The list of valid ID cards accepted by Pag-IBIG Fund is found in its website, www.pagibigfund.gov.ph

• Pag-IBIG Fund Official Receipt or Transaction/Remittance Slip reflecting payment for his/her Pag-IBIG Regular Savings within the promo period (if applicable)

• Notification Letter or SMS from Pag-IBIG Fund

• An authorized representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents two (2) valid IDs with photo, winner’s duly-signed Authorization Letter, and all other requirements from the winner.

• Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to request for additional documents from the winner if deemed necessary.
