    Here’s how:

    1. Fill out the require payment form from the collecting partner/s. Be sure that you know your MID, MP2 Account Number or Housing Account Number (HAN) - which you can get from your Monthly Billing Statement or previous Official Receipts.

      Note: If the wrong HAN is entered into the system of the collecting partner, the payment process may not continue or may be credited to another HL account. Make sure that you enter or indicate the correct information, especially the HAN when paying.

    2. Pay your Pag-IBIG Fund due.
    3. Receive the machine-validated Payment Slip indicating the Transaction Reference Number. This shall serve as your official receipt and proof of payment.

      Note: The collecting partner will receive HL payments even for accounts that are not updated or current payments made after due date.

            2. Select Pag-IBIG
            3. Provide the needed information:

              For Pag-IBIG Member’s Contribution:

              • Input Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID)
              • Input Payor Last Name
              • Select the Period Covered

              For Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings:

              • Input MP2 Account Number
              • Input Payor Last Name

              For Pag-IBIG Housing Loan:

II. Online Payment Facilities:

  • Debit/Credit Card powered by Visa & Mastercard and JCB Card
    1. Log in to Pag-IBIG Fund website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.
    2. Click “E-Services” and select “Online Payment Facility”.
    3. Under Online Payment Facility, accomplish the following required information to pay:

      • Membership Category (Local or Overseas)l
      • Pag-IBIG Membership Identification (MID) No./Registration Tracking No. (RTN) [ How to get MID/RTN ]
      • Payment Type:
        • Membership Savings (MS) – Membership Identification (MID)
        • Modified Pag-IBIG2 (MP2) – MP2 Account Number
        • Short Term Loan (STL (MPL or CL) – Membership Identification (MID)
        • Housing Loan Amortization – Housing Account Number (HAN)
      • Amount Due:
        • Minimum amount of Php100.00 for MS
        • Minimum of Php500.00 for MP2 payments
        • Exact Amount – for STL payments
        • Any Amount – for Housing Loan Amortization
      • Period Covered
      • Member’s Cell Phone Number/Email Address

        NOTES: The following information must be accomplished in the Payment Slip:
        • The member’s name will appear upon system validation of MID No.
        • Once the corresponding monthly savings is encoded, the Total Amount Due to be deducted from the credit card will be displayed including the Convenience Fee charged.
        • The system will only accept payment for current and future monthly savings.
    4. Select what mode will be used for receiving the payment confirmation (thru SMS [member’s cell phone number] and/or Email [member’s email address]) and supply the needed cell phone number and/or email address.
    5. Enter the code (CAPTCHA) and agree on “Terms and Conditions” then click “Proceed.”
    6. The system will display “Payment Summary.” You will be asked to check payment details prior to proceed with payment and click “Submit.”
    7. Choose what Debit/Credit Card will be used for payment.
    8. Accomplish and confirm required debit/credit card details (i.e., debit/credit card no., expiration date, etc.).

      NOTES: The following information in Payment Slip must be accomplished:
      • Once payment transaction is completed, the Payment Result will be displayed reflecting the Merchant Reference No. and Payment Reference No. which shall serve as proof of payment.
      • The member will receive an SMS or Email notification concerning the transaction.
  • Pay by PayMaya
    1. Log in to Pag-IBIG Fund website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and select “e-services”.
    2. Select “Online Payment Facility” under OTHER SERVICES and provide the following payment details:
      • Program Type (i.e, MS, MP2, Housing Loan, STL)
      • Membership Category (i.e., local or overseas)
      • Pag-IBIG ID Number
      • Member/Borrower’s Name
      • Period Covered To/From
      • Period Covered Duration
      • Amount
      • Mobile Phone Number
      • Email Address

      Note: A corresponding convenience fee, as indicated in the approved Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) shall apply for every payment transaction.

    3. Enter the Computer Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) and agree on the terms and conditions by selecting the check box on the lower portion of the screen page.
    4. Select “PROCEED” to confirm the payment details.
    5. Provide the following card information and select “Pay”:
      • Card Number
      • Card Type
      • Expiration Date
    6. Enter the card’s passkey and select “Submit” button.

      Notes:

      1. If payment transaction failed, the member/borrower may opt to return to Pag-IBIG Fund Online Payment Facility main page.
      2. Once payment transaction is completed, the Payment Result shall be displayed reflecting the Merchant Reference Number and Payment Reference Number which shall serve as proof of payment.
      3. The member/borrower shall receive an email or SMS notification concerning payment confirmation.
      4. If the member/borrower has no credit/debit/prepaid card, may still pay thru “Pay by PayMaya”, below shall be the processes:
        • Select “PayMaya” and encode the registered mobile phone number and PIN.
        • Select “Ok” to proceed.

          Note:
          • The system shall automatically debit the member/borrower’s PayMaya wallet as remittance/payment to Pag-IBIG Fund’s MS/MP2/loan amortization.
          • Upon successful transaction, the member/borrower shall receive an email notification reflecting the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) which shall serve as proof of payment in lieu of the Pag-IBIG Fund Official Receipt (PFOR).

III. Digital (Mobile/Internet) - Non-Bank

  1. GCash
    1. Register to GCash using your mobile number (ANY MOBILE NETWORK)
      • Download and Register on GCash via Apple Store or Google Playstore
      • Select “GCash”, and “REGISTER”. Enter details as required.
      • Enter registration details and you will be asked to confirm the details entered and agree on the “Terms and Conditions”.
      • Once transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an acknowledgement reflecting the successful registration and an instruction to change the MPIN for security purposes.
    2. Convert Cash to GCash (Cash-in)

      You can cash through:

      1. Go to the app and select Cash-in via online bank accounts available on the options OR
        Go to your nearest GCash outlet to fund your GCash wallet.
      2. You will receive an sms notification that your GCash Fund has been credited to your account
      3. Your money is now converted to GCash.
      4. Use your GCash wallet in paying your Pag-IBIG Fund’s MS/MP2/Housing loan amortization.
    3. Once your GCash wallet has been funded, you can pay your Pag-IBIG Fund’s MS/MP2/Housing loan amortization, as follows:
      • Dial *143# and choose GCash.
      • Enter the required details.
      • Once payment details are accomplished, a Transaction Summary will be displayed reflecting the program type and amount.
      • Confirmed the amount, type of transaction and PRN to complete the transaction.
      • Upon confirmation, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement message

    3. Input your Pag-IBIG details then click “Validate”. The member-borrower will be able to see his/her payment details (e.g. Area Code, Contact Number, and the Amount to be paid). Also, the member-borrower may opt to change the amount to be paid.

    4. Upon clicking the 7-Eleven button, User will be re-directed to 7-Eleven’s Payment Instruction Page.
    5. User must present the Payment Instruction Page to any 7-Eleven branch for the payment.
    6. A printed receipt will be issued as a confirmation that your transactions has been processed successfully.
    7. Note: You have 24 hours to pay your amortization at any 7-eleven stores.

        • Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings
        • Housing Loan
      4. For Employer, select “Pag-IBIG Employer’s Remittance”
      5. Enter the Subscriber Number and Billing Account Name
      6. Select “Add New”

      To pay:

      1. Generate transaction password via SMS or email
      2. Select “Pay Bills” under “Payment”
      3. Select the enrolled Pag-IBIG payment type, account to be debited and Pag-IBIG reference number
      4. Enter the amount and other payment details
      5. Proceed to payment using your transaction password

      Log in via UCPB Connect and follow these steps:

    2. Registered Authorizer(s) of employer receives electronic notification for each successful upload.
    3. Registered Authorizer(s) of employer approves payment for MSS/STL
    4. For successful transaction the Transaction Reference Number shall be displayed.
    5. Retrieves electronic receipt from the system/Print Transaction Reference Number (TRN) to serve as proof of payment in lieu of Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR).
