For Reduced Enrollment Fee:
The student must be a daughter/son of the member and an Incoming First Year/Freshmen student or an Incoming Grade-11/Senior High School student for S.Y. 2024 – 2025, S.Y. 2025 – 2026 and S.Y. 2026 – 2027
The parent/guardian must show his/her Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card or Loyalty Card Plus to the Marketing and Finance department to apply for the reduced enrollment fee.
II. For 50% Discount on Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees
The parent/guardian must show his/her Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card or Loyalty Card Plus to the Marketing and Finance department to apply for the discount
The student must be a daughter/son of the member and an Incoming First Year/Freshmen student for S.Y. 2024 – 2025, S.Y. 2025 – 2026 and S.Y.
2026 – 2027
The student/s must not be currently enrolled at PHINMA University of Pangasinan at the time of availing the benefit
The Education Assistance will cover 50% discount on Tuition and Miscellaneous fees; Assistance is good for 4-year or 5-year courses (eg. Engineering); This also covers summer classes if required by the curriculum
The grantee may shift courses; however, the life of the educational assistance remains constant
No maintaining grade is required but the grantee must remain in good standing (no disciplinary cases)
The scholarship can only be used at PHINMA University of Pangasinan and cannot be used with other PHINMA University of Pangasinan’s internal scholarships and discounts
The Grantee may choose any of the courses offered at PHINMA University of Pangasinan;
Refunds and Other Charges. Unless otherwise provided by institutional policies, rules and regulations, a student who transfers or withdraws, in writing, within TWO (2) Weeks after the official start of classes, and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length of time longer than a month may be charged TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT(25%) of the total amount due for the school term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or FIFTY PERCENT (50%) if within the SECOND WEEK of classes, REGARDLESS of whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student may be charged for all the school fees IN FULL if he withdraws anytime AFTER THE SECOND WEEK of classes.
The discount is applicable to self-pay clients only. The discount applies to over-the-counter transactions until December 19, 2028.
