REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMING OF TITLE



IF THE CLAIMANT IS REGISTERED OWNER

REQUIREMENTS :
• Home Financing Documents Claim Stub (HQP-HLF-115)
• Two (2) valid IDs with signature and photo
• Marriage Contract (for female registered owner who was single at point of loan application but is already married at point of claim of title)

IF THE CLAIMANT IS A REPRESENTATIVE

REQUIREMENTS :
• Home Financing Documents Claim Stub (HQP-HLF-115)
• Special Power of Attorney executed by the registered owner, see details below :
• If registered owner is an OFW or residing outside the country - SPA should be duly notarized prior to date of departure or duly certified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the country where the regsitered owner is staying
• If regsitered owner is physically incapacitated - medical certificate
• Two (2) valid IDs with signature and photo each of the registered owner and representative

IF THE CLAIMANT IS/ARE HEIRS OF THE DECEASED REGISTERED OWNER

REQUIREMENTS :
• Home Financing Documents Claim Stub (HQP-HLF-115)
• Photocopy of the following (if applicable):
• PSA Certified True Copy of Borrower's Death Certificate
• PSA Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate/s of the heir/s of deceased registered owner
• PSA Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate/s of siblings, if deceased registered owner is single and parents are deceased
• Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and PSA Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract of Parents, for single registered owner
• PSA Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract, for married registered owner
• Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship, for heir/s 18 years old and below, or physically/mentally incompetent (if applicable)
• Notarized Proof of Surviving Heir/s
• SPA executed by the heir/s of deceased registered owner
• Deed of Partition/Last Will and Testament, Final Decision on Intestate/Estate Proceedings of deceased registered owner, if applicable
• Two (2) valid IDs with signature and photo each of the registered owner and heir/s

IF THE CLAIMANT IS ASSIGNEE/SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST

REQUIREMENTS :
• Home Financing Documents Claim Stub (HQP-HLF-115)
• Photocopy of the following (if applicable):
• PSA Certified True Copy of Borrower's Death Certificate
• PSA Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate/s of the heir/s of deceased registered owner
• PSA Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate/s of siblings, if deceased registered owner is single and parents are deceased
• Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and PSA Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract of Parents, for single registered owner

3 EASY STEPS OF CLAIMING OF TITLES



  • STEP 1. ON SCHEDULED DATE OF RELEASE, PRESENT HOME FINANCING DOCUMENTS CLAIM STUB TO THE PAG-IBIG BRANCH INDICATED ON CLAIM STUB

  • STEP 2: PRESENT AND/OR SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS INDICATED ON CLAIM STUB

  • STEP 3: WAIT FOR TITLE TO BE RELEASED AND AFFIX PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE LOGBOOK TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF TITLE.

☑  Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt for Land and Building
☑  Special Power of Attorney and 2 valid IDs each of the Principal and Attorney-in-Fact, if applicable
☑  Additional documents for those with changes in marital status:
»  Single to Married: Marriage Contract with Registry Number issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
»  Married to Single: Court Order
»  Widowed: Death Certificate of Deceased Spouse
