For borrowers with at least 3 months worth of arrearages or unpaid monthly amortization, here are remedies available to you:

1. REMEDIATION PROGRAMS


REQUIREMENTS :
 Application for Loan Restructuring Program (HQP-HLF-001)
• Photocopy of Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/Clearance
• Photocopy of Updated Tax Declaration

OTHER APPLICABLE REQUIREMENT :
• For Beneficiaries of a Deceased Borrower:
• Deed of Extra-judicial Settlement of Estate
• For OFW Members :
• "Employment Contract (with English translation if in foreign language)". to Ëmployment Contract - Employment Contract between employee and employer or POEA Standard Contract
• "Original Employer's Certificate if Income (with English translation if in foreign language). If document submitted is photocopy, it shall be duly validated and certified/initialed by HDMF Information Officer assigned in the country where the member works". to "Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC) - CEC written on the Employer/Company's official letterhead or CEC signed by employer (for household staff and similarly situated Employees) supporter by a photocopy of the employer's ID or Passport
• "Other Proofs of Income whether original or photocopy, shall be duly validated and certified/initialed by Pag-IBIG Fund Information Officer assigned in the country where the member works". to "Income Tax Return filed with Host Country/Government"
• The additional requirements for OFW, if applicable, were included :
• Payslip indicating income received and period covered
• Valid OWWA Membership Certificate
• Overseas Employment Certificate
• Passport with appropriate visa (Working Visa)
• Residence card/permit (permit to stay indicating work as the purpose)
• Bank remittance record
• Professional License issued by Host/Government
• Insurance Coverage
•  Health Statement Form (Medical Questionnaire)
- For borrowers over 60 years old
- For borrowers up to 60 years old, if loans is over P2.0M to P6.0M
•  Health Statement Form (Medical Questionnaire) and Copy of the result of medical examination conducted prior to assignment overseas as required by the employment agency
- For OFW borrowers over 60 years old
• Processing fee of P1,000
• Downpayment requirement: at least 5% of the total arrearages, inclusive of unpaid amortization and penalties

NOTE/DESCRIPTION/MECHANICS/REMINDERS :
• Open to all delinquent borrowers, including beneficiaries of GLAD Program, except the following:
• SCR accounts with cancelled CTS/DCS by notarial act
• Foreclosed MCR account, where the winning bidder is a third party
• Foreclosed MCR, where Pag-IBIG is the winning bidder and the Certificate of Sale is already registered
• All applications shall be evaluated based on the borrower's capacity to pay, except for legal heirs
• Interest rate shall be based on Full-Risk Based Pricing Framework for restructured loans
• Maximum loan term: 30 years but not to exceed the differene between borrower's age and age 70
• Approval shall be subject to other terms in the guidelines

CONDONATION OF PENALTIES/ADDITIONAL INTEREST

REQUIREMENTS :
• For Full Payment (borrower will pay in full the outstanding balance of the loan account, net of penalties or additional interest):
• Application Form for Condonation of Penalties/Additional Interest (HQP-HLF-540)
• For Full Updating (borrower will pay an amount to fully update the loan account, net of penalties or additional interest):
 Application Form for Condonation of Penalties/Additional Interest (HQP-HLF-540)
• Photocopy of:
• Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/Clearance
• Updated Tax Declaration of the property

NOTE/DESCRIPTION/MECHANICS/REMINDERS :
• Open to all delinquent borrowers, including those with expired term and no payment since takeout, provided the loan is not yet ticketed/classified as Real and Other Properties Acquired
• 100% condonation of penalties or additional interest for accounts under a 2-interest rate structure
• No processing fee and no downpayment shall be required
• For accounts with expired term and no payment since takeout, condonation shall be granted provided the outstanding loan obligation is fully paid within 30 calendar days from approval of application
