Guide on Pag-IBIG Payment Facilities

I. Over-the counter Payment:

  1. Monthly Savings (Pag-IBIG I & Modified Pag-IBIG 2 (MP2)), Housing Loan (HL) Amortizations and STL for OFW.
  2. HL Amortizations only

Here’s how:

1. For over-the-counter payment thru Bayad Center, SM, M.Lhuillier or ECPay
    1. Fill out the require payment form from the collection partner/s. Be sure that you know your MID, MP2 Account Number or Housing Account Number (HAN) - which you can get from your Monthly Billing Statement or previous Official Receipts.

      Note: If the wrong HAN is entered into the system of the collecting partner, the payment process may not continue or may be credited to another HL account. Make sure that you enter or indicate the correct information, especially the HAN when paying.

    2. Pay your Pag-IBIG Fund due.

    3. Receive the machine-validated Payment Slip indicating the Transaction Reference Number. This shall serve as your official receipt and proof of payment.

    4. Note: The collecting partner will receive HL payments even for accounts that are not updated or current payments made after due date.


II. Credit Card (Monthly Savings) :

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Pag-IBIG Fund website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.
  2. Click “E-Services” and select “Online Payment Facility”.
  3. Under Online Payment Facility, accomplish the following required information to pay Monthly Savings:

    • Membership Category (Local or Overseas)
    • Pag-IBIG Membership Identification (MID) No./Registration Tracking No. (RTN)
      [ How to get MID/RTN ]
    • Monthly Savings (Amount Due)
    • Period Covered
    • Member’s Cell Phone Number/Email Address

      Notes: The following information in Payment Slip must be accomplished:

      • The member’s name will appear upon system validation of MID No.
      • Once the corresponding monthly savings is encoded, the Total Amount Due to be deducted from the credit card will be displayed including the Convenience Fee charged.
      • The system will only accept payment for current and future monthly savings.

  4. Select what mode will be used for receiving the payment confirmation (thru SMS [member’s cell phone number] and/or Email [member’s email address]) and supply the needed cell phone number and/or email address.
  5. Enter the code (CAPTCHA) and agree on “Terms and Conditions” then click “Proceed.”
  6. The system will display “Payment Summary.” You will be asked to check payment details prior to proceed with payment and click “Submit.”
  7. Choose what Credit Card will be used for payment (either Visa or Mastercard).
  8. Accomplish and confirm required credit card details (i.e., credit card no., expiration date of credit card, credit card verification no., etc.).

    Notes: The following information in Payment Slip must be accomplished:

    • Once payment transaction is completed, the Payment Result will be displayed reflecting the Merchant Reference No. and Payment Reference No. which shall serve as proof of payment.
    • The member will receive an SMS or Email notification concerning credit card transaction.

III.Thru GCash mobile payment (available only for Globe/TM subscribers):

  1. Register to GCash using your Globe/TM Sim
    • Dial *143# (no charge) and press CALL
    • Select “GCash”, and “REGISTER”. Enter details as required.
    • Enter “Registration Code” and you will be asked to confirm the details entered and agree on the “Terms and Conditions”.
    • Once transaction is successfully completed, you will received an acknowledgement reflecting the Reference Number and an instruction to change the MPIN for security purposes.

  2. Convert Cash to GCash (Cash-in)
    • To cash-in, be sure that you are a Globe or Touch Mobile Subscriber
    • You can cash-in through:
      1. - Online bank transfer (for those with active accounts in the bank)
      2. - BancNet ATM
      3. - Insert your ATM card in the machine of any BancNet bank.
      4. - Choose the option “Fund Transfer”.
      5. - Key in your 11-digit mobile phone number when asked for the destination of the   account number.
      6. - Once the transaction is completed, you will received a text confirmation.
      7. - Mobile Phone Banking
      8. - At any GCash outlets
      9. - Go to your nearest GCash outlet to fund you GCash wallet.
      10. - Your money is now converted to GCash.
      11. - Use your GCash wallet in paying your housing loan amortization.

  3. Once your GCash wallet has been funded, you can pay your housing loan amortization, as follows:
    • Dial *143# and choose GCash.
    • Enter the required details.
    • Once payment details are accomplished, a Transaction Summary will be displayed reflecting the program type and amount.
    • Confirmed the amount, type of transaction and PRN to complete the transaction.
      1. Upon confirmation, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement message

      Note: You can also access GCash via Mobile App. Download is free thru App Store, Google Play or Blackberry Appworld.

IV. For payment made thru 7-Eleven stores (via CashPinas Moneygment App)

  1. Download and install the Moneygment App (free download).
  2. Register or log-in (user may use Facebook, Gmail or their own email).
  3. Select “Pay your SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG” link.
  4. Fill in your account details.
  5. Select “Pag-IBIG”, then select payment type.
    1. Membership Savings
    2. Modified Pag-IBIG II
    3. Housing Loan Amortization
  6. Input your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan details.
    1. MID for membership savings
    2. MP2 Account Number for the Modified Pag-IBIG2
    3. Housing Account Number (HAN) for housing loan amortization
  7. Confirm your Payment.
  8. Select payment method.
  9. If thru 7-Eleven, you will be re-directed to the 7-Eleven payment instructions page.
  10. Follow instructions and pay at any 7-Eleven stores. You will receive a printed receipt.

V. For payment thru 7-Eleven stores (via ECPay):

  1. Visit the ECPay website at https://ecpay-online.ph/eApplication.
  2. The User is required to register using a Mobile Number. Password is also necessary for security reasons.
  3. Input your Pag-IBIG details then click “Validate”. The member-borrower will be able to see his/her payment details (e.g. Area Code, Contact Number, and the Amount to be paid). Also, the member-borrower may opt to change the amount to be paid.
    1. MID for membership savings
    2. MP2 Account Number for the Modified Pag-IBIG2
    3. Housing Account Number (HAN) for housing loan amortization
  4. Upon clicking the 7-Eleven button, User will be re-directed to 7-Eleven’s Payment Instruction Page.
  5. User must present the Payment Instruction Page to any 7-Eleven branch for the payment.
  6. A printed receipt will be issued as a confirmation that your transactions has been processed successfully.
  7. Note: You have 24 hours to pay your amortization at any 7-eleven stores.

VI. For payment using Coins.ph using your phone

  1. Create a Coins.ph account
  2. Cash in at 7-Eleven (get Ph100.00 free credit with a minimum cash in of Php250)
  3. Tap Pay Bills & choose the type of Pag-IBIG Fund payment you need to make
    1. Membership Savings
    2. Modified Pag-IBIG II
    3. Housing Loan Amortization
  4. Enter your Pag-IBIG details and slide to pay
    1. MID for membership savings
    2. MP2 Account Number for the Modified Pag-IBIG2
    3. Housing Account Number (HAN) for housing loan amortization
  5. Upon confirmation, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement message.

VII. Employers’ On-line Payment Facility of Monthly Savings/Loan Amortizations at the following:

  1. Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP)
  2. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
  3. Land Bank of the Philippines
  4. Security Bank
  5. Bancnet

Here’s how:

  1. Enroll with bank’s electronic collection facility

    1. Accomplish bank’s enrollment form and comply with bank’s requirements
    2. Once approved, the bank shall provide you access (bank provides user ID and passwords) to its electronic collection facility.

  2. Remit Membership Savings (MS)/Loan Amortizations(LA)

    1. Log in to the bank’s website (or to the Pag-IBIG website – click the bank’s logo and it will automatically link to the bank’s website); upload collection file based on Pag-IBIG Fund’s file structure format.
    2. Registered Authorizer(s) of employer receives electronic notification for each successful upload.
    3. Registered Authorizer(s) of employer approves payment for MSS/STL
    4. For successful transaction the Transaction Reference Number shall be displayed.
    5. Retrieves electronic receipt from the system/Print Transaction Reference Number (TRN) to serve as proof of payment in lieu of Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR).

VIII. Overseas Remittance of Monthly Savings/Loan Amortizations at the following Collecting Agents and its Remittance Company partners :

Banks

  1. Philippine National Bank (PNB)
  2. Asia United Bank (AUB)
    1. I-Express Remit Mo Sa Pag-IBIG
    2. I-Text Mo Sa Pag-IBIG
    3. Foreign Tie Ups

Non-Banks

  1. I-Remit
  2. Ventaja (including PayPilipinas)

Here’s how:

  1. For I-Express Remit Mo sa Pag-IBIG

    1. Secure and accomplish Partner’s Remittance Application Form.
    2. Pay Members Savings/Loan Amortizations.
    3. You will receive the machine-validated Transaction Slip, which will serve as your official receipt in lieu of Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR).

  2. For I-Text Mo sa Pag-IBIG

    1. Secure and accomplish Partner’s Remittance Application Form.
    2. Send Redi Money Number and Membership Identification (MID) Number MID/Loan Number through Short Messaging System (SMS) via mobile phone.
    3. You will receive a text message for every successful payment transaction.

  3. For I-Remit

    1. Accomplish and submit iRemit Remittance Application Form and Auxiliary Service Form to iRemit Teller.

      Notes:

      1. The amount specified in the payment/remittance form must be in Philippine Peso for payment of MS/Loan Amortization.
      2. The U.S. dollar is converted to the local currency using the prevailing local currency/US$ rate as determined by iRemit.
    2. Upon settlement, you will receive a validated Official Receipt (OR), reflecting a unique reference transaction number from iRemit Teller which will serve as proof of payment.

  4. For Ventaja

    1. Accomplish and submit Remittance Application Form as basis for payment details.

      Notes:

      1. The amount specified in the payment/remittance form must be in Philippine Peso for payment of MS/Loan Amortization.
      2. The U.S. dollar is converted to the local currency using the prevailing local currency/US$ rate as determined by Ventaja’s tie up Remittance partner.
    2. Upon settlement, you will receive an official Remittance Receipt reflecting a unique reference transaction with attached Ventaja’s valid receipt which will serve as proof of payment.
