President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Vice President Noli "Kabayan" de Castro recently led the formal opening of GA Tower I, the recently completed condominium project aimed at middle-income earners. GA Tower I, located at EDSA, Mandaluyong City is a project of developer Globe Asiatique and Pag-IBIG Fund under its Medium/High Rise Building (MHRB) program. The Fund has, to date, approved a total of 38 MHRB projects valued at P5.4 billion generating 8624 residential condo units for city dwellers.
