Pag-IBIG Fund extends funding support for the Deca Homes Projects in Cebu, Danao & Davao Cities

Vice President Noli “Kabayan” de Castro, concurrent Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) witnesses the signing of the Funding Commitment Line (FCL) between the Pag-IBIG Fund and 8990 Housing Development Corp. (HDC) for its Deca Homes Projects located in Mactan, Minglanilla, Cebu, Danao and Davao Cities. Under the FCL, the Pag-IBIG Fund commits to provide funding support amounting to P638.7 million for the said Deca Homes Projects covering 1,070 housing units. To date, this is the biggest FCL the Pag-IBIG Fund has extended to a single corporation. Deca Homes is a low cost subdivision of two-storey townhouse with average lot size of 38 sq.m. and floor area of 46 sq.m. Its selling price is P698,000.00 for a house & lot package. The target beneficiaries are Pag-IBIG members with average monthly income of not less than P15,000.00/month.
