Pag-IBIG Fund, MIAA sign agreement

The Pag-IBIG Fund and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) signed an agreement to establish a Pag-IBIG Overseas Program Desk at the OFW lounge at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. With the NAIA Desk , the Pag-IBIG Fund will be able to conduct briefings , process applications , as well as provide services like online verification as OFWs await their flights. To date , Pag-IBIG Fund has 240 ,615 members as of July 2007 under its Pag-IBIG Overseas Program (POP). Under the leadership of its Chairman , Vice President Noli ‘Kabayan’ De Castro , the Pag-IBIG Fund has vastly improved its housing loan program making it the most affordable and accessible in the market today. Present during the signing are: Tirso G. Serrano , Assistant General Manager for Airport Development and Corporate Affairs , MIAA; Alfonso G. Cusi , General Manager , MIAA; Atty. Romero F.S. Quimbo , President and CEO , Pag-IBIG Fund; and Jaime A. Fabiaña , Executive Vice President & Deputy CEO , Pag-IBIG Fund.
