Romero Quimbo, president and CEO,Pag-IBIG Fund enlightens the officers and members of the Subdivision and Housing Developers’ Association (SHDA) on the new provisions of Circular 212 on developer assisted-housing projects. The circular defines the parameters for the allocation and disbursement of housing funds, specifically for developer-assisted member loans and provides an express take-out window for accredited developers who meet the standards set by the Fund. “This is part of our efforts to further create a more liberal environment for housing as directed by our Board Chairman, Vice President Noli “Kabayan” De Castro,” Quimbo said.
