The Pag-IBIG Fund Makati I Branch recently granted a total of P522,766.58 in Multi-Purpose Loan to member Celestino C. Anacion. To date,  this is the biggest MPL released by the Makati I Branch, and is among the highest loan value granted by the Fund since it introduced the short-term loan program.

Anacion, who is president of an insurance brokers company, is a Pag-IBIG member since May 1984.  He became inactive in November 1991, and resumed contributing to the Fund in January 1996, initially saving P100 as required under the law.  In 2004, he increased his monthly savings, which was generously matched by his employer.

Mr. Anacion continues to save with the Fund and at present has 224 monthly contributions.
