| 1. Promo period is from 01 August 2021 to 31 December 2021. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2. The raffle promo is open to all existing Pag-IBIG housing loan borrowers with updated accounts within the promo period. A Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower is entitled to one raffle entry for each of his/her housing loan accounts, for each of the monthly and the grand raffle draws, provided that each account is updated as of the corresponding cut-off date. Only principal borrowers shall be entitled to a raffle entry. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3. For each monthly draw and the grand draw, Pag-IBIG Fund will generate a list of housing loan borrowers whose accounts are updated and thus are qualified to join the said draws, using the cut-off schedule below. | ||||||||||||||||

| 4. Each qualified Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower for each raffle draw will be issued with an Electronic Raffle Number (ERN). Borrowers with multiple housing loans will be provided multiple raffle entries, for as long as each account is updated as of the corresponding cut-off date. | ||||||||||||||||
| 5. Qualified Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrowers shall be notified of their ERN via text message or email, which shall be sent to their mobile number or email address on our records. Borrowers are encouraged to update their contact information with Pag-IBIG Fund so that they are properly notified of their ERN. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6. The ERN shall only be valid for the raffle draw that it was issued for. Should a borrower qualify for more than one draw, he/she shall be issued separate ERNs which correspond to a monthly or the grand raffle draw. | ||||||||||||||||
| 7. All Pag-IBIG Fund employees - regular, direct-hired/agency-hired contractual, job order personnel, consultants, and members of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees are disqualified from joining the raffle promo, as well as their relatives up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity. |
| 1. Update your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan account by paying your current monthly amortization and total amount past due (if any) on or before its due date via Virtual Pag-IBIG or our accredited collecting partners’ outlets or online payment facilities. You may also pay at any Pag-IBIG Fund Branch near you. |
| 2. Update your contact details with Pag-IBIG Fund to ensure that you receive our notifications. Pag-IBIG Fund will send the ERN of qualified housing loan borrowers to their email address, landline or mobile phone number/s on record with Pag-IBIG Fund. To update Updated your contact details by submitting a filled-out Member's Change of Information Form (HQP-PFF-049) at any Pag-IBIG Fund branch near you. |

| 1. There will be a total of six (6) raffle draws, comprised of five (5) monthly draws and (1) grand draw, with dates and prizes as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. At least fifty percent (50%) of the prize amount shall be credited to the principal portion of the outstanding balance of the winner’s Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, with the remaining amount be awarded as a cash prize in the form of a check payable to the confirmed winner. In the event the amount required to fully pay the winner’s account is less than 50% of the prize amount, the amount to be awarded as a cash prize shall be the remaining amount after full payment of the winner’s account. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. A Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower can win only once during the course of the raffle promo for a monthly draw prize, and only once for a grand raffle draw prize. Consequently, a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Borrower who wins during the monthly draw is eligible and can still win during the grand raffle draw. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. If a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower who has more than one qualified account is drawn more than once during the grand raffle draw, the higher prize will be awarded while the lower prize will be redrawn. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5. MONTHLY DRAW QUALIFICATION. A Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower shall qualify for a monthly draw provided that his/her account is updated as of the payment cut-off date which corresponds to the raffle draw date. A borrower with multiple accounts is entitled to receive an ERN for each updated account. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6. GRAND DRAW QUALIFICATION. A Pag-IBIG Housing Loan borrower shall qualify for the grand draw provided that his/her account is classified as updated during each of the last three (3) months (September, October and November 2021) before the grand draw. A borrower with multiple accounts is entitled to receive an ERN for each updated account following the said condition. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7. Winners will be determined via a manual raffle draw using tambiolos, to be witnessed by the Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group, and Commission on Audit (COA) representatives. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to reschedule the raffle draws, if deemed necessary. Pag-IBIG Fund will notify the public of any such changes through its website and/or official Facebook page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to validate and/or certify if the winning Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan borrower satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10. Every winning number will be confirmed and certified by duly authorized representatives from the Pag-IBIG Fund Home Lending Operations Cluster, the Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group, and Commission on Audit (COA). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 11. All applicable taxes on the prizes are to be shouldered by the winners. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 1. All winners shall be contacted and notified by Pag-IBIG Fund within fifteen (15) working days from the date of the corresponding raffle draw via their email address, landline or mobile phone number/s on record with Pag-IBIG Fund. Please note that Pag-IBIG Fund and its representatives will not ask for any fees in exchange for this information. |
| 2. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, photos, and other information of all winners as deemed appropriate and for transparency purposes. Hence, names of all winners shall be published in the Pag-IBIG Fund website and/or posted in Pag-IBIG Fund’s official Facebook page. |
| 3. Crediting of the corresponding prize amount to the principal amount of the winner’s housing loan account shall be done on the date of that his/her name is published as among the winners via the Pag-IBIG Fund website or official Facebook page. The remaining cash prize, meanwhile, must be claimed within six (6) months from receipt of notification from Pag-IBIG Fund or publication by Pag-IBIG Fund in its website and/or official Facebook page. Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited. |
| 4. Winners may claim their prizes at any Pag-IBIG Fund branch. |
