  • Please be advised that the following shall be implemented effective, SEPTEMBER 18, 2018:

    • FOR RESERVATIONS UNDER BROKERS/AGENTS: Buyer's appearance shall be STRICTLY required at point of reservation.

      "NO BUYER'S APPEARANCE,
      NO RESERVATION SHALL BE ACCEPTED."

    • The SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA) shall only be allowed if the principal buyer is based or is working out of the country. The principal buyer shall be required to appear before the office upon reservation and submission of requirements. Also, Attorneys-In-Fact to be assigned shall be limited to family members of the principal buyer within first civil degree up to second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity.

  • Effective April 2, 2018 reservations will be accepted upon presentation of any of the following documents:

    • Employed - Latest 1 month payslip
    • Self-employed - Brgy./Business Permit/ITR
    • OFW - Active Contract/Latest CEC

    Please be guided accordingly.

  • Reminders to Buyers of HDMF Acquired Assets
    Please be advised that Brokers and Agents are NOT ALLOWED to accept or collect any payments relative to the reservation or down payment for the purchase of acquired assets.
  • The Monetary Board (MB) has approved the adoption of the electronic clearing of checks which shall be implemented beginning January 20, 2017.
